What This Tool Contains?

There are four phases of the design process you will be engaging in:

The Launch Phase: In this phase you will login and select the version of your Tactical game designer you wish to work with or launch a new version. Then you will enter the critical values that will be the basis of the calculations.

The Projection Phase: In this phase you enter your current projected outcomes for teh end of the quarter you are in currently and from their the application automatically projects out your likely future based on the critical information you entered.

The Tracking Phase: In this phase you deal with teh actual results you have as you go forward and this gives you a projected actual for the remainder of the year. Here is where you will be able to manipulate deals so that fall into the quarters you want.

The Finalization Phase: In this phase you have set-up a tactical plan to achieve the milestones of accomplishment you want to achieve. You make choices about how to make that happen. Then you can finalize the quarters as they pass.
